🌟 Clinical Research Coordinator (Bilingual - English/Spanish) 📍 Onsite | Dalton, GA or Tyler, TX 🚚 Relocation candidates encouraged to apply Make an Impact at Scale We're expanding rapidly through a major national healthcare collaboration and are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator who is passionate about patient access, high‑quality research, and working within a fast‑growing clinical research network. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high‑visibility, long‑term program conducting meaningful clinical research in community-based settings—while working alongside seasoned investigators and cross‑functional teams. 🔬 About the Role As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in the execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines while delivering an exceptional experience for study participants. You'll own the day‑to‑day coordination of studies—from screening through closeout—and serve as a key liaison between patients, investigators, sponsors, and internal teams. ✅ Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute clinical trials in compliance with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements Screen, enroll, consent, and follow study participants per SOPs Perform clinical procedures including phlebotomy, vitals, and ECGs Identify and report AEs/SAEs promptly and accurately Maintain accurate, real‑time documentation in paper and electronic systems Manage study visits, investigational product accountability, and data queries Prepare for and support sponsor/CRO monitoring visits and site initiations Review labs, ECGs, and diagnostics for completeness and critical values Collaborate with investigators on protocol feasibility, workflow, and amendments Support recruitment initiatives and participant outreach Assist with regulatory documentation and source document development Train and mentor staff as needed 🧠 What We're Looking For Required Bilingual in English and Spanish 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience Hands‑on phlebotomy experience Strong working knowledge of
GCP, FDA
regulations, and clinical trial workflows Preferred Qualities Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Confident working independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong communicator with a patient‑first mindset Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities Tech‑savvy with experience using EDC systems, IVR, and MS Office Natural problem-solver with a proactive, positive attitude 🏥 Work Environment Fully on‑site clinical research setting Collaborative, mission-driven team Stable studies backed by a nationally recognized healthcare initiative 💬 Why This Role? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
