Responsibilities include managing and coordinating clinical trial studies, handling data management, obtaining participant consent, communicating study status, and collaborating with other coordinators, nurses, dietitians, Principal Investigators, and ancillary departments.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree highly preferred Research experience highly preferred REDCap experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Clerical :
Drafts, revises, and submits regulatory material to IRB and R D; processes and executes IRB reliance agreements; maintains study regulatory documentation; maintains protocol dedicated communications (e.g. adverse event reporting, unanticipated problem reports, protocol violations). Grant/study preparation support : drafts and revises study budgets Data management : Builds, revises and maintains REDCap projects; case report form creation; data entry; data auditing and quality control; missing data rectification Study data collection : completion of anthropometric measures (height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate), dietary intake, and questionnaires/surveys. Study coordination : study visit preparation and implementation (including but not limited to: patient education for research protocols, obtaining informed consent from research participants, reconsenting participants, registering/ordering clinical, imaging, and laboratory tests; visit scheduling; data collection; accurately assessing patients to determine their preliminary or complete eligibility for research protocols; chart setup and processing); Maintains data collection on research participants; maintains accurate and complete documentation; assists in specimen handling and distribution of medicine as directed for research subjects and clinical tests.
Schedule:
Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Range:
Hourly;
