About This Role DelRicht Research is seeking an onsite, patient-facing Clinical Research Coordinator to support our Springfield, MO clinic. This position is ideal for someone who is excited to build a career in clinical research while working closely with patients, physicians, and study teams in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to important clinical trials, while helping patients access new treatment options. Clinical Research Coordinator's Main Objective:
Overall, the Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for providing quality patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies: Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, ensuring all clinical trial protocols are adhered to 100% of the time Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials Ensuring patients come to and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study Timely and accurate data entry for clinical visits into multiple online systems Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials Ensuring Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site Maintaining Physician Trust - You are seen as a go-to, knowledgeable resource to our physicians including ensuring the physician is well informed of their schedule and updated on all current clinical trial patients and protocols Helping provide day-to-day site stability and strong onsite support for the Springfield team Acting as a reliable copilot to the existing site team by bringing follow-through, urgency, and a willingness to learn Supporting study startup and patient care needs in a high-priority environment where responsiveness matters Contributing to screening and visit volume goals by staying productive, proactive, and solution-oriented Working closely with site leadership and local physician partners to keep research operations moving forward smoothly Skills needed to win:Required:
Minimum of 1+ years of professional experienceRequired:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree; trade school education or equivalent professional experience may be considered.Preferred:
Previous healthcare experience. This is an onsite Monday-Friday position.The Right Candidate Will:
