Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to launch and lead a new research program within our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity to build a clinical research function from the ground up developing processes, supporting physicians, and helping bring innovative studies to our patient population. You will play a central role in study coordination, regulatory compliance, patient engagement, and sponsor communication, while helping shape the future of research within our organization. This is an on-site in office position and is a requirement of the practice. Key responsibilities (including but not limited to): Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials from start up to close out, including participant recruitment, scheduling and follow-up visits. Organizes and prepares for all study related sponsor visits including but not limited to Pre-Site Initiation visits, Routine Monitor Visits, Close-Out Visits, Internal Audits and Sponsor Audits. Not required but preferred, monitor patient progress by collecting vital signs, and recording clinical data accurately in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Ensure adherence to protocol procedures, regulatory requirements, HIPAA privacy regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines Maintain detailed records of patient monitoring activities, adverse events, laboratory results, and trial progress for audit readiness Maintains adequate inventory of research supplies necessary for research activities Knowledge of clinical trials management processes and regulatory frameworks such as FDA regulations and ICH GCP standards Serve as a liaison between investigators, sponsors and study participants Experience with clinical development phases, research methodologies, and compliance management strategies Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to advancing healthcare through innovative clinical research. Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
