Job Description

Piper Companies is seeking a Deviation Investigator to support a global pharmaceutical organization in Titusville, NJ. The Deviation Investigator will support laboratory investigations, deviation management, and quality metrics reporting within a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities of the
Deviation Investigator:
Lead deviations and investigations from initiation through closure Perform root cause analysis and support CAPA activities Collaborate with QA, QC, and cross-functional teams to drive timely investigation outcomes Author investigation reports and technical documentation Support metrics tracking, trending, and reporting using Excel and quality systems Qualifications of the
Deviation Investigator:
3+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment Experience with investigations, deviations, CAPAs, or quality systems Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies Strong technical writing, data analysis, and Excel skills TrackWise or similar quality management system experience preferred B.S. in a scientific discipline preferred Compensation for the
