This role is ideal for clinicians interested in psychiatric assessment work within a structured research environment focused on patient evaluations and study support. This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and no on-call responsibilities.
Compensation:
$130,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience, licensure, and certifications
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete psychiatric evaluations and administer clinical rating scales for research participants Assess patient eligibility for clinical trials through structured interviews and assessments Conduct physical exams and support medication management as appropriate Partner with Sponsors, research staff, and study monitors throughout active trials Maintain compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and internal procedures Participate in study trainings, investigator meetings, and ongoing certification activities
Qualifications:
Active NP or PA license with psychiatric experience required Experience conducting psychiatric assessments or structured clinical evaluations preferred Interest in clinical research and evidence-based evaluation work Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
