UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our research team supporting innovative cardiology clinical trials. Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, dayshift
Location & Travel:
  • Primary location: 2808 Old Post Road, Harrisburg

What You'll Do:
  • Educate patients and families on clinical trial opportunities and participation, ensuring understanding of protocols, informed consent, and expectations
  • Collaborate with study physicians and procedural teams to assess patient eligibility and support clinical trial execution
  • Conduct patient follow-ups, monitor progress, and ensure continuity of care throughout the research process
  • Enter, manage, and maintain accurate clinical trial data to ensure protocol compliance and data integrity

  • Adapts research processes and patient education to meet age-specific, cultural, literacy, and language needs, ensuring equitable access and understanding
