Clinical Research Coordinator III Clinical Trials Data Coordination - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (26003600) This individual will provide mid-level research support as a Project Coordinator and data manager assistant. The position focuses on support for and communication with personnel at the Clinical Coordinating Center, clinical sites, and the funding agency. Duties include coordinating clinical site communications, assisting with site monitoring (reports, status updates), organizing and attending study meetings and conference calls, working with sites to resolve data queries, tracking regulatory and other project-related documentation, writing and editing manuals, preparing reports, and assisting with IRB submissions. Job Summary Prepares grant applications, manuscripts, Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, research papers, and assists with complex research papers. Audits research studies, monitors study budgets, resolves complex data collection issues, and implements protocol-specific study recruitment plans. Trains staff and oversees student workers; leads team meetings. Monitors study budgets and orders supplies. Essential Functions Familiarity with epidemiological research and project management helpful. Requires excellent organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
