Job Description

Join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team providing real-time neurologic consultations to emergency departments and inpatient units across multiple states. This role offers flexible scheduling with ongoing needs—ideal for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. You will evaluate acute neurologic presentations, participate in stroke alerts, review imaging and clinical data, and collaborate with on-site teams using a secure, enterprise-level telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. Highlights 100% remote telemedicine Competitive pay: $210-$220 per hour Locum engagement with long-term assignments available Flexible full- and part-time schedules; day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts Malpractice coverage provided Credentialing, onboarding, and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed Key Responsibilities Provide remote neurologic consultation for ED and inpatient teams Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions Review imaging and clinical data in real time Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans Document encounters accurately in the electronic medical record Qualifications MD or DO Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available) Licenses in hand preferred for:
FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
