Job Description

We're looking for board-certified or board-eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team based out of Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity to support hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states—great for physicians wanting supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. What you'll be doing Provide real-time neurologic consultations for ED and inpatient teams. Evaluate acute stroke alerts and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions. Review imaging and clinical data through a secure enterprise telemedicine platform. Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans. Document encounters in the EMR; full clinical and technical support is provided. Why this role stands out 100% remote — work from home in Fayetteville while supporting multiple hospitals.
Competitive pay:
$210-$220 per hour. Locums engagement with long-term assignments available. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Malpractice coverage provided. Credentialing and licensing support, including payment for additional state licenses as needed. Who we're looking for MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology. Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely. Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology a plus. Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred. Licenses in hand preferred for
FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
