Job Description

We're looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is ideal if you want flexible, high-impact work — whether you're adding supplemental shifts or building a long-term telemedicine practice. You'll provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. What makes this opportunity attractive 100% remote telemedicine — work from home Competitive locum pay ($210-$220 per hour) Long-term assignments available Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling Day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts Malpractice coverage provided Credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed What you'll do Provide remote neurologic consultations to ED and inpatient teams Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular treatment Review imaging and clinical data in real time and document encounters in the EMR Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans What we're looking for MD or DO degree Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology is a plus Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred Candidates with licenses in hand are preferred — particularly
