Job Description

We're looking for board-certified or board-eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team serving hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is ideal for physicians who want flexible, supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. You'll provide real-time neurologic consultations for acute and inpatient cases—including stroke alerts—using a secure, enterprise-level telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. What you'll like about this role 100% remote telemedicine—work from home Competitive pay: $210.000 to $220.000 per hour Locum engagement with options for long-term assignments Flexible full-time and part-time scheduling Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available Malpractice coverage provided Credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed Key responsibilities Provide remote neurologic consultations to emergency department and inpatient teams Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular treatment decisions Review imaging and clinical data in real time Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans Document encounters accurately in the electronic medical record What we're looking for MD or DO degree Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology experience is a plus Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support) Licenses in hand preferred for
