Job Description

We are hiring Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This flexible, ongoing opportunity suits physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Providers deliver real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform backed by full clinical and technical support. Position highlights 100% remote telemedicine Competitive pay: $210-$220 per hour Locum engagement with long-term assignments available Flexible full- and part-time schedules; day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts Malpractice coverage provided Credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed Key responsibilities Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions Review imaging and clinical data in real time Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans Document encounters accurately in the electronic medical record Qualifications MD or DO Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available) Candidates with licenses in hand preferred for
