Job Description

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists needed for a fully remote locum tenens tele-neurology role supporting hospital EDs and inpatient teams across multiple states. Physicians provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. Position highlights 100% remote telemedicine
Compensation:
$210,000-$220,000 annually Locums engagement with long-term assignments available Flexible full- and part-time scheduling; day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts Malpractice coverage provided Credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed Key responsibilities Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams Evaluate acute stroke alerts and guide thrombolytic and endovascular decision-making Review imaging and clinical data in real time Communicate and collaborate with on-site clinicians regarding treatment plans Document encounters in the electronic medical record Requirements MD or DO degree Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology Experience with stroke management; vascular neurology fellowship or experience preferred Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available) Licenses in hand preferred for
