Job Description

Join a growing tele-neurology team caring for hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. We're looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to provide real-time remote consultation for acute and inpatient cases — including stroke alerts — using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support. This is a locums telemedicine role with flexible scheduling and ongoing needs, well suited for physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term remote practice. What you'll do: Provide remote neurologic consultation to ED and inpatient teams in real time. Evaluate acute stroke patients and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular treatment decisions. Review imaging and clinical data remotely and collaborate with on-site clinicians on care plans. Document encounters in the EMR and coordinate follow-up as needed. Why this role is a good fit: 100% remote — work from home. Locums engagement with opportunities for long-term assignments. Flexible full- and part-time schedules with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Malpractice coverage provided. Dedicated credentialing and licensing support; additional state licenses paid as needed.
Compensation:
Competitive pay in the range of $210,000-$220,000 (annual, dependent on schedule and experience). What we're looking for: MD or DO with Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status in Neurology. Comfort managing acute neurologic cases remotely; stroke experience preferred, vascular neurology a plus. Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we assist with licensing). Preferred candidates already licensed in states such as
FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA.
If you want a flexible, supported telemedicine role where you can make high-impact decisions for acute neurologic patients from home, this could be a great fit.
