This position involves coordinating all aspects of clinical research, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication between study participants, investigators, and sponsors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and demonstrate proficiency in clinical development processes. Duties Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, including patient recruitment and retention strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice throughout the study lifecycle. Conduct blood sampling and other clinical laboratory procedures as required by the study protocol. Maintain accurate and complete records of clinical trial activities, including data collection and analysis. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate the successful execution of clinical research projects. Monitor patient progress and report any adverse events or issues to the principal investigator. Assist in the preparation of study-related documents, including informed consent forms and regulatory submissions. Analyze research data to ensure integrity and accuracy prior to reporting findings. Skills Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and compliance management. Proficiency in managing clinical trials from initiation through completion. Experience with blood sampling techniques and familiarity with clinical laboratory operations. Excellent analytical skills for interpreting research data effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Effective communication skills for interacting with study participants, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders. This role is essential for advancing medical knowledge through rigorous research practices while ensuring participant safety and data integrity.
