Clinical Research Assistant - Front Desk IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support front desk and administrative operations at our clinical research site. This patient-facing role is ideal for someone with medical office experience who is interested in clinical research.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients; provide a welcoming front desk experience Answer and triage phone calls and schedule appointments Support Study Coordinators with administrative tasks and documentation Assist with patient interviews, chart reviews, and basic clinical data collection (training provided) Maintain accurate records in electronic systems

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Medical office or front desk experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; research database experience a plus Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
