About Us Futuro Clinical Trials is a multi-therapeutic research site dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical studies with integrity and care. Position Overview We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is designed for someone who has built a foundation in clinical research and is ready to take on more responsibility, while still benefiting from support and mentorship from senior CRCs and Principal Investigators. Responsibilities Coordinate clinical trial activities with growing independence. Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), site SOPs, and applicable regulations. Assist in subject recruitment, informed consent, and study visit coordination. Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and source records. Communicate effectively with study monitors, sponsors, and the research team. Collaborate with senior CRCs and Principal Investigators for complex regulatory or study-related tasks. Requirements 1-3 years of clinical research experience (required). Bachelor's degree(life sciences, nursing, psychology, or related field) or equivalent site-based experience. Solid understanding of clinical trial conduct and GCP guidelines. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
