Job Description
Clinical Research Assistant - Lacey Providence Health & Services life insurance, parental leave, 401(k) United States, Washington, Lacey May 14, 2026 Description The Clinical Research Assistant supports the Research Department in managing clinical trial patients by assisting with patient identification, screening, registration, and clinical trial data collection. The Clinical Research Assistant also supports the department by facilitating in-take, enrollment, and management of patients enrolled in trials. Additional essential functions include assisting with lab draws, shipping specimens, and maintaining active patient screening logs.
Required Qualifications:
Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification One (1) year Experience as a Medical Assistant or Laboratory Assistant performing phlebotomy and CLIA waived testing in a clinical setting.Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training:
Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy training program/course approved by Washington State.Coursework/Training:
Graduate of an accredited school for medical assistants, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience/training sufficient to qualify to sit for the Washington State Certification exam. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
