  • Lead grant development, including concept development and collaboration building
  • Ensure compliance with Tribal, federal, and institutional research requirements
  • Facilitate integration of research into clinical and workforce operations Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or related field (Ph.
D., MD, or equivalent preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful clinical trial management and execution. In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.). Strong understanding of clinical trial design, methodologies, and statistical analysis. Experience in budget management and financial oversight of clinical projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for clinical research programs. Experience with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management software.
