Define clear, stage-gated clinical and pre-clinical success criteria for every program in the Nosis Bio pipeline. Work seamlessly with the Director of Translation, Director of Chemistry, and ML team to ensure these milestones are met.
Shape Pharma Collaborations:
Act as the lead clinical representative with our pharmaceutical partners. Co-develop and refine TPPs within these collaborations, deeply understanding partner objectives to guide them on the most clinically viable ways to deploy our targeted delivery technology.

Serve as clinical face of Nosis Bio. Represent our clinical strategy to external stakeholders, including institutional investors during upcoming fundraising cycles, partners, regulatory agencies, and the broader medical community.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Partner tightly with the CTO and technical platform teams to ensure that our AI delivery and drug design outputs are constantly informed by real-world clinical constraints and endpoints.
Qualifications Education:
MD or PhD required. MD/PHD ideal.
Experience:
5+ years of strategic clinical development experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to early-stage, fast-paced environments.
Domain Expertise:
Strong foundational understanding of targeted therapeutics; specific experience with RNAi/siRNA, or advanced drug delivery modalities is a significant plus. Significant experience across multiple, distinct therapeutic areas including fibrosis, immunology, neurology, and/or cardiometabolic disease.
Strategic Chops:
Proven track record of developing TPPs, shaping early-stage pipeline strategy, and defining clear go/no-go criteria for novel therapeutics.
Collaboration Experience:
Demonstrated ability to work alongside external clinical teams in pharma collaborations, helping to shape joint clinical strategy and maximize platform value.
Communication & Clout:
Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific concepts to diverse audiences, from ML engineers to top-tier investors and pharma executives. A recognized presence capable of commanding respect from KOLs.
