About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Clinical Research Site Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our clinical research program. This role is critical to shaping the strategic direction of our research initiatives and ensuring their successful execution, compliance, and impact. What You'll Do Develop and implement the strategic plan for the clinical research program, aligning with the practice's goals and objectives. Oversee the design, initiation, and management of clinical trials, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to timelines. Provide leadership and guidance to the research team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and other applicable regulatory standards. Act as the primary liaison between the practice, sponsors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Manage research budgets, contracts, and resources to optimize efficiency and ensure fiscal responsibility. Oversee patient recruitment strategies and ensure ethical and patient-centered conduct in all research activities. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging therapies, and regulatory changes to maintain the practice's competitive edge. What We're Looking For Advanced degree (PhD, MPH, or equivalent) in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field. Must have 5 years of experience. Extensive experience in clinical research, including a leadership role in clinical trial management. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including GCP, FDA, and IRB standards. Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and budgets effectively. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including physicians, sponsors, and regulatory bodies. Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to drive innovation and problem-solving. Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems, clinical trial software, and data analysis tools.
