Job Description

job summary: Step into a pivotal role where your expertise directly bridges the gap between clinical research and the patient experience. As a Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) Manager, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of PRO and ePRO deliverables, ensuring that vital patient data collection is seamlessly integrated into global clinical programs. You will act as a strategic consultant across multiple therapeutic areas, optimizing licensing workflows and managing the digital repository that fuels study start-up success. This position is based at a world-class, sprawling corporate campus in North Chicago that features state-of-the-art research facilities and collaborative workspaces designed to foster innovation. You will join a high-performing team dedicated to streamlining clinical operations and leveraging technical insights to identify trial-specific cost savings, ultimately accelerating the delivery of life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (or Associate degree with significant relevant experience).
Clinical Research:
Minimum of 4 years of global clinical research or project management experience.
Subject Matter Expertise:
At least 1 year of direct, hands-on experience specifically with Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) or outcomes research.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Proficiency in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and global Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
qualifications:
Vault Systems:
Familiarity with Vault PRO Library or similar digital asset management repositories.
Technical Implementation:
Experience managing the migration of paper PROs to electronic (ePRO) formats.
Vendor Management:
