Clinical Excellence Project Manager

Work location: Hybrid
- Remote and will attend onsite meetings at various entitles Work hours: Monday

- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare required
- Must be currently enrolled in MBA or MHA program with completion as an expectation of employment
- Master's degree in Business, healthcare administration or nursing required and strongly preferred
- 5 years relevant work experience to include at least 4 years in a healthcare operations leadership role (direct supervision with accountability) or large scale health care organizational change and portfolio management leadership required
- Magnet program experience preferred What You Will Do
- Responsible for design, deployment, and d leadership of large-scale plans for nursing strategic initiatives including oversight of entity and system teams made up of Chief Nurse Officers and other nursing directors, managers and clinicians as required for successful goal completion.
- Serves as business owner of projects and a change agent through individual and group facilitation in order to align nursing strategic initiatives towards THR's nursing long-term strategic goals, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Clearly and routinely communicates to all levels of nursing leadership and other teams as indicated (Nurse Executive Team, system and entity Nursing leadership teams, Nursing Congress, to front line care team members) on progress and value realization, coordination and resource requirements and all other critical aspects of project design and implementation
- Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems at THR and drives improvement of process efficiency and reliability.
- Responsible for collection and analysis of data to ensure measures of success are created, monitored, and reviewed. Presents data to work groups and leadership on findings using data visualization tools to tell a story through data. Develop collaborative relationships with partners to maintain dashboards and benchmarking. Additional perks of being a Clinical Excellence Project Manager
