This pivotal role involves supervising research teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating the successful execution of clinical trials and research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, a strong background in scientific research, and a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes. Responsibilities Lead and supervise research teams, including coordinators, analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, timelines, and budget constraints. Manage data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards such as ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Maintain rigorous documentation for all research activities, including study protocols, progress reports, and regulatory submissions. Ensure all research activities comply with applicable laws, guidelines, and institutional policies related to clinical trials and scientific research. Provide leadership in training staff on Good Clinical Practice (GCP), data management procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to facilitate project management tasks such as resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking. Requirements Proven supervising experience in a research or clinical setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Extensive background in scientific or clinical research, including experience with laboratory work or data collection methodologies. Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards such as ICH GCP certification from a recognized issuer for CA or equivalent. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Knowledge of compliance management practices related to clinical trials and research activities. Laboratory experience is preferred; familiarity with laboratory safety protocols is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across research disciplines.
