Job Description

This position is in Region 10, Water Division, Permitting, Drinking Water, and Infrastructure Branch, Infrastructure and Technical Assistance Section. About Region 10: Region 10 . This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).
Qualifications:
NOTE:
You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-13 level, you must have 1 year of full-time
  • specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level defined as recommending program modifications on water programs and plans; drafting and recommending regulatory/non-regulatory policies, directives and guidance and determining the impact on water resources.
You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Environmental Laws and Regulations. Leadership. Technical Knowledge (Related to Position).
  • Written Communication.
  • Contract Management. Grants Management Laws, Regulations, and Guidelines.
  • You will be evaluated on these critical competencies.
