From its headquarters in St. Louis, MO, and multiple branch offices throughout the U.S., Trileaf serves the wireless communications, commercial real estate and financial industries.Job Summary :
Trileaf is seeking a full-time Environmental Project Scientist for our Phoenix, Arizona office with at least 0-1 year of field experience conducting environmental due diligence work on commercial real estate projects, to includePhase I Environmental Site Assessments Phase I ESAs and Phase II ESAs Essential Job Functions:
Travel to project location, take detailed notes and photographs of site (3-4 days per week) Conducting interviews, in person, via email, and phone Ordering & analyzing government database records Performing regulatory agency file reviews Reviewing historical data (including topographic maps, Sanborn fire insurance maps, city directories, and aerial photographs) Drafting of a standardized report using information from these various sources Perform QA/QC to the satisfaction of both management and clients Completing requested revisions & submitting report within pre-established timelines Conducting field work to collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media (soil, groundwater, and soil vapor) and/or indoor air Compare analytical contaminant data collected to applicable regulatory standardsBasic Qualifications:
