Send to Friend Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will assist with all aspects of Environmental compliance and sustainability for the Oakdale, CA facility. You will partner with plant team members to ensure operations are in compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations including permits and corporate policies. You will collaborate with other plant functions to address issues on all projects to ensure that impacts on the environment are minimized and sustainability initiatives are implemented. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Partner with manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, Conagra policies, and the Environmental Management System while working with Operations, Planning, Legal, Engineering, and Corporate EHS. Contribute to development of training programs that help employees understand environmental procedures, work practices, and required controls to meet applicable regulations. Support sustainable development efforts including annual planning to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and waste. Assist Corporate EHS with environmental assessments and support sites in developing action plans to address identified deficiencies. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field with five or more years of experience, or an associate degree with seven or more years of experience. Proficiency in written and verbal communication. Experience developing and delivering training to adult learners. Competency using Microsoft Office and other computer software. Experience with agricultural land application of wastewater and solids. Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates, if applicable #LI-Onsite #LI-EB1 #LI-MSL
Compensation:
Pay Range:
$81,000-$118,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
