(EAS, Inc.) specializes in providing cost-effective and timely due diligence services to minimize risks in commercial real estate transactions. What You'll Do Conduct and support Phase I ESAs in accordance with ASTM International standards (E1527-21) in addition to desktop reviews and Transaction Screening Processes Perform site inspections, historical research, and regulatory database reviews Prepare clear, concise, and defensible Phase I reports Identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) and support recommendations Coordinate with internal teams and clients on project deliverables Support additional due diligence and environmental projects as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in environmental consulting (Phase I ESA experience required) Proven ability to independently execute Phase I ESAs from initiation through report completion, including site inspections, historical research, and REC evaluation Exposure to field sampling (soil, groundwater, and/or soil vapor) is a plus, offering opportunities to support a broader range of environmental services and ability to read, analyze and dictate remediation reports Environmental Assessments, Field Investigations, and Data Analysis skills Experience in Report Writing, Technical Documentation, and Presentation Development Knowledge of State and Federal Environmental Regulations and Compliance Standards Proficiency in GIS mapping Project Management and Coordination Skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities with internal and external stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field is required, Master's degree in related field preferred 1-3 years experience in assisting in Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) in addition to ESAs is highly valued and will be considered a strong differentiator Why Join Us Opportunity to take ownership of projects early in your career Exposure to a wide variety of sites and clients Collaborative, supportive team environment Clear path for growth and advancement Benefits & Location This is a full-time, salaried, in-person role based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with an immediate start date for the right candidate.
