B&N Environmental Scientist Responsibilities:
Conduct ecological field surveys (wetland delineations, stream assessments, and habitat evaluations) and associated WOTUS Report Development Prepare NEPA documentation and supporting studies for transportation and other civil engineering projects Have knowledge of agency permits, their development, and experience developing relevant permits Possess strong technical writing skills and have experience writing detailed technical reports Reads, analyzes, and interprets technical procedures, government regulations and industry standards Out of town/state travel could be required throughout the U.S.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in the field of Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or related 3+ years of related environmental/ecological field survey, categorical exclusion, and
INDOT NEPA
Document Prep Microsoft Office experience required, prior experience with ArcGIS Excellent communication skills and detail oriented Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and traverse uneven terrain Ability to travel, including overnight stays Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record To learn more about B&N's Perks and Culture click here . #LI-PC1
