Job Description🔬 What You'll DoPerform environmental monitoring (air, surface, personnel)Conduct utility (compressed gas) and water samplingSupport PQ activities📊 Data & QualityEnter/review data per GMPPerform SPV as neededMaintain data integrity and inspection readiness🧪 Lab OperationsCalibrate and maintain equipmentTroubleshoot issuesSupport training; use systems like GMARS⚙️ ComplianceFollow cGMPs; report non-conformancesSupport deviations and investigationsContribute to improvements🛡️ SafetyFollow HSE standardsMaintain safe lab environmentQualifications✅ What We're Looking For🎓 Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in a science-related field - Microbiology majors preferred Experience with any of the following: Aseptic techniqueStreak platingColony countingEndotoxin testingBioburden testingMicrobial identificationSurface or air samplingCleanroom monitoringIndustry environmental Monitoring experience preferred💻 Skills & StrengthsStrong computer, lab, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with ability to multitask and follow proceduresQuick learner with strong record-keeping accuracy🤝 Work StyleEffective communication across teamsSelf-motivated, flexible, and team-orientedCommitted to quality, productivity, and continuous improvement📌 RequirementMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipCandidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lebanon, Indiana are encouraged to apply.
Additional InformationThe position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7-3:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm.
May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
