$17/hr Role Overview BEPC Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to support our client's production operations in Sturgis, Michigan. This role is responsible for maintaining clean and safe production environments through industrial cleaning processes and chemical solution handling. Key Responsibilities Perform industrial cleaning duties throughout production and manufacturing areas Clean machinery, equipment, floors, and designated workspaces according to company standards Mix and handle approved cleaning chemicals and solvents safely and effectively Maintain sanitation and cleanliness to support production efficiency and workplace safety Follow all environmental health and safety procedures and PPE requirements Dispose of cleaning materials and waste according to established guidelines Report any maintenance, safety, or cleaning concerns to supervisors promptly Support additional housekeeping or facility cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in industrial cleaning, manufacturing, janitorial, or production environments preferred Ability to safely work with cleaning chemicals and solvents Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a team-oriented environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting
