Posting Date 05/14/2026 32275 32nd Ave S, Federal Way, Washington, 98001-9616, United States of America We have a great opportunity for a Survey Outcome Manager here at Davita! The Survey Outcome Manager will work with DaVita Kidney Care Operations and Clinical Leadership to coordinate response to all types of External CMS/State Surveys. They will work with operations to formulate a Plan of Correction that meets the CMS and/or State Regulatory requirements and support the team to finalize during the timeline required by the Statement of Deficiency. The Survey Response Manager will get final approval and submission by the Director, Regulatory Affairs. The final Statement of Deficiency and the Plan of Correction and documentation from the CMS Survey will be managed by the Survey Response Manager on the Survey database platform.

High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree preferred Minimum of 4 years Nephrology Experience Required Background/Knowledge of CMS Conditions for Coverage and Interpretive Guidance Required Knowledge of State Regulations in Coverage Area Required Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Required CCHT Preferred RN license in state of residence Preferred Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN, CDN)Preferred What We'll Provide:
