Job Description

L arge Manufacturing Company is looking for a Stability Tech.
Hours:
7am - 3:30pm Monday -
Friday Specific Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Promotes a safe working environment and adheres to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, company safety rules, Good Laboratory Practices (GLD's), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) at all times.
  • Prepares documentation and samples for daily testing.
  • Conducts routing physical testing on stability samples. The testing may include, but it is not limited to package evaluation, weight loss, pH, viscosity, specific gravity, color, odor, and/or appearance.
  • Prepares samples and documentation that need to be submitted for chemical or microbiological testing to the corresponding labs.
  • Prepares samples and documentation that needs to be sent to the customers.
  • Documents all test results on hard copies and electronic files on daily basis.
  • Documents all test results provided by other departments, customers, or contract labs on hard copies and electronic files. stability environmental chambers and the stability equipment.
  • Documents, generates out of specification investigation reports, and communicates observations to the Stability Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience in a laboratory environment.
  • 1-year experience as Stability Technician or similar role.
