Environmental Services Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working independently, and contributing to environmental safety and property health. You will play a key role in supporting inspection services through sample collection, equipment handling, and field testing. Opportunity for growth on an expanding team.

Compensation:

$20 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Perform radon monitor pick-ups and drop-offs Conduct water sampling in accordance with testing protocols Complete mold testing procedures , including air and surface sampling Assist with sewer scope inspections using camera equipment Perform well inspections following established guidelines Conduct chimney inspections and document findings Maintain accurate records, reports, and chain-of-custody documentation Ensure proper handling and care of tools and testing equipment Communicate clearly with team members and clients as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screening Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using basic technology and inspection equipment Willingness to work in a variety of environments (indoors/outdoors, crawlspaces, roofs, etc.) Previous experience in environmental services, home inspection, or related field is a plus (training available)
