Job Description
Monitoring Well Technician - Part-Time Martinage Engineering Associates Inc. (MEA) is seeking a reliable part-time field technician to perform monthly monitoring well sampling at locations throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts. No prior experience is required, training and equipment will be provided. This position involves approximately 5-6 days per month (6-8 hours per day). Sampling and testing is performed during standard weekday hours (Monday through Thursday) and must be completed within each calendar month. Field sampling includes collecting groundwater samples and performing basic field measurements and testing upon return to the office. Sampling requiring outside laboratory testing must be completed and submitted by the 15th of each month to ensure timely reporting. This role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and manage a monthly schedule.
