Job Description

Job Summary:
InnoH2O Solutions, LLC - a leading provider of water treatment services in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia and Ohio - is looking for a Water Treatment Technician to support existing and new Acid Mine Drainage (AMD) Treatment work we are performing in the Philipsburg, PA area.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring the treatment of AMD from chemical-based treatment systems Supporting supervisors in the operation and maintenance required to maintain adequate site operations Report to supervisor daily on operations and noted issues/concerns Support data collection activities of treatment processes Maintain a daily log of treatment activities Mowing/weed eating Sludge removal This position will require a motivated and detail-oriented person that can work on their own and be responsive to site needs. Prior experience in AMD treatment is desired, but not fully necessary and for candidates without experience, training will be provided (both site and MSHA training).
Qualifications:
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly is required. Ability to use hand tools required. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Previous experience in any of the following is preferred but not required - mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, plumbing , excavation, construction and equipment operation. Education in any of the following is preferred but not required - Environmental Science, Ecology, Fisheries or Wildlife Biology, Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, etc. Starting offer will be based on education and experience. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
