Environmental Technician

Entry-level position. Our goal is to promote this individual to the Test Engineer I role ($26.00/Hour) within 6-to-12 months. Candidates must be comfortable with regional travel and working outdoors.

Responsibilities:

Perform air emissions testing and monitoring services at a variety of client facilities. Record and analyze data, collect samples. Transport and set up testing equipment using a company vehicle; dismantle equipment post-testing. Calibrate testing equipment and assist engineers in conducting air quality testing procedures. Adhere to environmental, health, and safety protocols. Organize and load testing equipment into vehicles for upcoming assignments. Gain proficiency in EPA Test Methods 1-5 using company resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field preferred. Previous experience in a field-based role. Team player with strong initiative Mechanical attitude. Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 75 lbs.
