Job Description
Expertise and Functions Participate in test or project events as assigned by Project Manager or Engineering supervisor including Destructive Material Test, Non-Destructive Test of electronic assemblies and Environmental Stress testing Assist Engineering and Test Technicians in research of requirements supporting Testing processes on established and emerging programs Gather data and compile reports to assess effectiveness of testing procedures and productivity Assist with preparing work instructions, modifications, and record accuracy Support
AS9100, ISO9001, NADCAP, ISO 17025, ESD
compliance and all other certified engineering/testing efforts Proper use of a variety of basic electrical, calibrated and power tools as needed Accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workers Work with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completion Assist with department administrative duties as necessary to learn about the work being performed, and to contribute to completion of department workload Support Material and Environmental Test, Additive, and Engineering Department Labs as needed Other duties as assignedRequirements Qualifications Education/Training:
High School diploma required Associate's Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline preferredExperience:
0+ years of professional experience in the required task area required Manufacturing, test, electrical or calibration experience preferred Familiarization with engineering specific software such as CAD (e.g. Solidworks, NX, etc), experience in production test, electrical components, calibration or data management preferred Detail oriented with the ability to accurately record, document and follow standardized and special processes on production and research & development projectsSecurity:
Must be a US citizen Ability to obtain a security clearance may be requiredPhysical Requirements:
