Infection Preventionist LVN 💰 $43-$45/hour Midtown Oaks Post Acute in Sacramento is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented LVN to join our clinical leadership team as an Infection Preventionist LVN. You'll collaborate closely with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and frontline staff to maintain a safe, compliant and resident-centered environment. 🦠

Infection Preventionist Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the facility's Infection Prevention & Control Program Track, trend, and report infections in accordance with CDPH and CDC guidelines Conduct infection control surveillance and audits Provide staff education and training on infection prevention practices Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Serve as liaison during audits and surveys ✅

Qualifications:

Current California LVN license (required) Infection Prevention experience preferred (IP certification a plus) Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Committed to high-quality resident care 💙 Why Midtown Oaks?
