Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infection Control Preventionist to join our team. As an Infection Control Preventionist at Grandview Healthcare Center , you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing infection control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency guidelines Conducting surveys and audits to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations for change Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of infection control measures Monitoring and reporting infection rates and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for reduction Providing education and training to staff on infection control practices and protocols
Requirements:
Minimum 0 years of experience in infection control or a related field
