Outstanding Benefits Competitive Compensation Supportive and Engaged Leadership Experience Requirements for Clinical Educator (CE) / Infection Preventionist (IP): Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Educator or Infection Preventionist in a Skilled Nursing Facility Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations Licensing Requirements for Clinical Educator (CE) / Infection Preventionist (IP): Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR certification Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient observations to identify infection risks and implement appropriate prevention strategies. Manage and analyze data related to infection control, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and enforce infection prevention protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of infection control measures. Provide education to staff and patients on infection prevention practices and procedures. Lead initiatives to improve infection control practices within the healthcare facility.
