Responsibilities of an Infection Preventionist / Staff Development Professional Develop and implement infection control programs to prevent and identify the spread of infectious agents in a healthcare environment Conduct audits on infection prevention practices and provides education to staff members as well as comply with mandates for state and federal public reporting Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for healthcare staff, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and organizational goals. Provide ongoing educational opportunities for staff. Maintain licensure and certifications. Support onboarding and orientation programs.
Qualifications :
Current Registered Nurse Certified Infection Prevention Trained Several years experience in healthcare-long term care preferred. Experience with leadership, teaching and communication strategies Join our growing team today! Walk-ins Welcome!
