What You'll Own Hospital-wide infection prevention strategy and regulatory compliance Surveillance and reporting of healthcare-associated infections NHSN reporting and data integrity Education for staff, physicians, and patients Annual influenza vaccination program oversight Water safety and hand hygiene initiatives Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRAs) for construction and renovation projects This is leadership grounded in science, data, education, and influence.
