BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo?s preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity. Responsibilities The Director of Quality and Infection Prevention leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital?s quality, patient safety, performance improvement, and infection prevention programs. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements and promotes a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care. The Director provides strategic direction and operational oversight to drive improvements in clinical outcomes, infection control, and overall healthcare quality.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related clinical field RN preferred Current Texas RN license if applicant is a nurse. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) required or obtained within 12 months of hire. 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare quality and infection prevention. Experience in a hospital or large healthcare system. Proven leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Master?s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) #LI-BB1
