Additional compensation includes:

Hourly employees: 1.5x Holiday Pay 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week Full-time employees: Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually

Lead our infection prevention program, including tracking trends, conducting audits, and providing training to staff. Collaborate with leadership to implement quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Stay ahead of regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and foster a culture of safety. Support both skilled nursing and assisted living settings, working closely with the Director of Nursing.

What We're Looking For Education/Experience:

Active RN license in Virginia with experience in infection prevention, staff training, or quality improvement preferred.

Certifications:

Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or willingness to obtain within one year.

Skills:

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs.
