Infection Preventionist Registered Nurse (RN) Ready to inspire, lead, and make a real impact? ARIA Healthcare is looking for a passionate RN who loves teaching, empowering others, is detail oriented and helping nursing teams grow. The RN Manager will lead all infection control and prevention activities within the facility. This role ensures our team meets all state, federal, and CMS infection control standards while creating an environment where residents and staff thrive safely. What You'll Do Oversee the facility's Infection Prevention & Control Program (IPCP). Conduct infection surveillance, audits, and environmental rounds. Track, trend, and report infection data and recommend action plans. What You Bring Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin. 2+ year of clinical experience, LTC experience preferred. Knowledge of CDC, CMS, and state infection control standards. Strong communication skills and positive energy. Bonus points for prior IP experience!
