Send to Friend Come join our team as an NA Agronomy Sciences Leader. The NA Agronomy Sciences Leader will lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution of agronomy science deliverables across U.S. and Canada Corteva seed brands. This role leads the Agronomy Sciences team in generating, analyzing, and translating commercially relevant agronomic knowledge that supports product positioning, seller effectiveness, and grower success. This position serves as a center of excellence for agronomy research, technical content, and knowledge development within the Agronomy Innovation organization. The role is focused on commercially important research, protocol development, data analysis, results publication, educational webinars, and creation of technical deliverables that strengthen brand value and customer confidence. The NA Agronomy Sciences Leader works closely with the broader Agronomy Innovation team to ensure agronomic insights are aligned to business priorities and translated into practical resources that support commercial teams. In this role, you will help provide the scientific foundation, technical conclusions, and agronomic content that enable downstream deployment of knowledge across the business. This role is office-based in Johnston, IA. What You'll Do Lead and develop the Agronomy Sciences team to deliver commercially relevant agronomic research insights, technical content, and knowledge resources that support the Corteva seed business. Set priorities for agronomy science work in alignment with Agronomy Innovation objectives and business needs across U.S. and Canada seed brands. Lead agronomy research activities including protocol development, trial planning, trial process coordination, data analysis, and interpretation of results. Translate research findings into publications, technical summaries, educational webinars, and other agronomic resources for internal and external audiences. Partner with CU Agronomy Innovation Leaders and others across the Agronomy Innovation organization to align priorities and support downstream deployment of agronomic insights. Work across internal and external subject matter experts to identify, validate, and communicate agronomic practices that improve crop management success and differentiate Corteva seed brands. Serve as a liaison between research, development, and technical sales functions within North America seed.
What You Need:
M.S. in field crop science or related agricultural studies; Ph.D. preferred Research and technical commercial experience required to develop and deliver strategies 4 years' experience in a customer-facing technical support role preferred in the ag industry Driven self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills VISA sponsorship and International relocation are NOT available for this position. #LI-CK1 Benefits -
