Commercialization CoordinatorJob Summary The Commercialization Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Product Development and Operations, ensuring seamless coordination of new product launches and rollouts. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate across departments, manage timelines, and support successful product commercialization. The position also provides customer-facing documentation and supports overall project execution. Key Responsibilities Serve as the central point of contact between Product Development, Operations, and cross-functional teams for new product launches Provide approved product specifications and commercialization documentation to customers as needed Deliver weekly updates on project status and commercialization progress Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to commercialization and business development Coordinate and oversee new product rollouts, including production test runs and pilot executions Develop and manage timelines and schedules for product launches across all departments Maintain and update the commercialization calendar to ensure alignment and visibility Support product evaluations, cuttings, and pilot reviews with customers during launch phases Conduct customer-facing reviews of product capabilities and plant operations Complete customer specification sections within internal technical documentation Ensure production readiness by confirming equipment, process documentation, and capabilities prior to launch Complete customer product forms and related documentation requirements Identify and communicate potential cost, operational, or profitability risks associated with new product launches Train production teams on new products using specifications and established quality standards Promote and support a strong food safety and quality culture within the organization Participate in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities related to audits, customer complaints, process deviations, and validation efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry, or a related field Alternative degrees considered: Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Culinary Arts, or other food manufacturing-related disciplines 1-2 years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesPay:
