You will support food labeling compliance while also assisting in the creation of innovative seasoning blends alongside the R D team.

Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing product labels and documentation to ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and international regulations, as well as maintaining accurate records and supporting audits. This is a hands-on, non-routine role ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated individual eager to gain real-world experience in both regulatory compliance and food product development. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in bringing new food products from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and reviewing product labels and specifications Ensure compliance with food regulations and customer requirements Support documentation for domestic and international products Research regulations and help resolve labeling questions Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) Maintain accurate records and support audits or compliance checks Help improve internal processes and compliance procedures What We're Looking For Basic knowledge of food labeling regulations (FDA, USDA, and international) Strong research and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with good organization and time management Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or related field Some experience or internship in food labeling or regulatory work preferred Why This Role Stands Out This is a rare opportunity to break into the food industry in a meaningful way.
